I’ve only got a few more minutes left to be a twenty-four year old, so I better live it up! This past year has been the year that I really started to listen to my body and treat it well, and honestly I’ve never felt better. In fact, this photo journal is proof of just how much I’ve grown over the last year.
As a twenty-four year old I learned a lot of things. I learned how to balance my physical wellness with my mental health (albeit I’m still trying to master that skill), and I took it upon myself to hone a few of my skills. I don’t think I’ll ever stop learning and trying to better myself, but hopefully I get better at it with each year. I hope that twenty-five is just as challenging and thought-provoking as twenty-four was, and I’m excited to begin a new chapter in my life as an adult.
So, on the eve of my twenty-fifth birthday, I wanted to share a few things I’ve accomplished as a twenty-four year old. Not only have I gained confidence and self-esteem, but I’ve also learned to believe in myself more than ever before. I feel like I’ve finally realized my true potential and I’m so excited to tap into that energy and use it to my benefit. Never before have I ever felt as confident as I do right now, and I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such a loving and caring group of friends and family.
Anyway, it’s getting late. I’m about to age up, so I better get going. See you tomorrow for my twenty-fifth birthday!
