Author’s note: This journal entry was written on October 11, 2022 however the photos are from the day itself.

It’s always weird coming out of a depressive episode because half of the time I’m feeling guilty for however I acted and the other half of the time I’m unsure whether or not I’m actually in the clear. Still, I managed to have a shower and blow dry my hair. I even went outside while the sun was still up and took some photos of the fat spiders in the garden.

Tonight Alex and I went to see Smile (2022) at the cinema and it was actually a fun horror movie experience because the theatre was pretty full of teens so the atmosphere was perfect for that sort of movie. The ending was pretty nuts but overall I liked it and would recommend it to anyone looking to get spooked with friends.
