Right now it’s 18.5C in the living room but earlier today it was 15C across the whole house! Outside it’s -4C so it feels like our boiler is working hard this evening. When I woke up, I actually had a hard time getting out of bed because Dolores was snuggled up to me for warmth.

Anyway, I’ve had a good Friday. I wrote some holiday postcards for friends and family and Alex begrudgingly left the house to post them for me (shouts out to him for braving the cold). I played The Sims 4 for a bit and then I had dance class this evening. It was a small group at dance class tonight but it was a lot of fun dancing and laughing with everyone! I even performed a solo!!! My first one ever!!! My cheeks were hurting from smiling so hard.

For dinner tonight Alex made veggie buffalo “wings” and curly fries – obviously delicious. It’s pretty rare that we base a whole meal around a “meat” because normally our main focus is literally a vegetable like a potato or something.

Alright, I think that’s all I’ve got for today. Maybe the freezing temperatures are making it difficult for me to focus. See you tomorrow!
