Excellent Assessment

It’s been a good day for getting work done, that’s for sure! I was able to finish off the last assignment for my module and managed to submit it this afternoon. Lucky for me, my tutor actually graded it and posted my assessment feedback within a few hours and I passed with flying colors! Out of the four assignments I submitted, three of them were marked as excellent so now I feel really proud of the amount of time I put into my work. The only downside to having the assignments marked so early is that I’ve got to begin the fourth module next week because it’s due on the 20th of May (aka my wedding anniversary). So I’m going to give myself this bank holiday weekend to chill out and regroup but Tuesday means I’m back to studying.

After I finished my assignments I spent a good chunk of time sorting through finances, because is there any better way to spend the last Friday of the month? I didn’t think so! Anyway, it felt super rewarding to go through all of our finances and make sure everything is accounted for. I’m really looking forward to May because my husband and I have planned a weekend in London for our anniversary and we’ve been saving up for it like crazy over the last few months. One thing I need to make sure of is that I don’t get too spendy before we go to London. I have such a bad habit of buying the stuff I need a lot earlier on, which sometimes ends up screwing me over when I’m casually shopping because I don’t have anything specific in mind. Speaking of shopping, I’m dying to try out Beyoncé’s activewear line! Definitely putting that on my list of Things to Buy Whilst in London.
