The first day of interviews went really well even though I have zero experience interviewing people. I spoke to five candidates for the role and I now realise it’s going to be extremely difficult to choose someone. Luckily, there are many good options. Tomorrow I have even more people to interview so I’m hoping those go just as well.

In other news, I’ve done some more shopping and I’m trying not to be too happy about it. After laying out my outfits for Vegas I realised I don’t have earrings that really go with my night out look, so I bought a pair of shiny dangly ones as well as three pairs of socks. Then today I tried on my bathing suit and discovered that neither of my two bikini tops actually cover my chest! I really thought I was done buying stuff for this trip, but alas, there is always something else I need to get. There are a few toiletries I need to pick up before we go, too. Hopefully I’ll get them this week so I can mentally check it off my list.
