I had a difficult time sleeping last night and I made the executive decision to have a day at home rather than go to the studio. Part of me wants to feel guilty for this decision while the other half is trying to encourage me to take time for myself so I don’t get overwhelmed.

I’m trying to think of how I spent my day and it doesn’t seem like much when I run it through my mind. Basically I had a lie in, then I got up and played The Sims 4 for a while. Once I was done with that I dug up some weeds from the flower box in the back garden and mulched everything, and then I planted some flower seedlings a neighbour dropped off for me. We had dinner and then I spent the last couple of hours doing admin for Bit by Bit by Sienna. I’m creating a scent matrix to help get my social media manager better acquainted with the different scents we’ve got.

Oh and while I was out in the garden Alex pointed out that we have some tiny mushrooms so I made sure to snap a couple of pics. I think I read somewhere that mushrooms mean your soil is doing well but who knows!
