Author’s note: This journal entry was written on September 16th, 2022.

I don’t know how but I’ve pulled a muscle in my back/shoulder/arm. It must have been from sleeping weird or maybe it’s the way I sit while I’m playing video games. Either way, pain radiates down my arm when I turn my head toward my right shoulder. Alex spent some time massaging the areas and I think that helped temporarily. Hopefully it’ll sort itself out in a few days.
