Alex has come down with food poisoning so I’ve been looking after him while he recovers. It’s not very often that he gets ill, but I’m really glad I’m well enough to be able to go to the shops and get him lucozade and lemsip! It’s not clear where the food poisoning came from, especially since we both ate exactly the same things yesterday. Luckily he’s feeling much better now after a whole day of sleep.

Apart from dashing out to the shops at eight in the morning, it’s been a really boring day for me. I’ve been hanging out with the cats and watering the plants, and my neighbour cat came over to say hello. Not much to add, so I’m going to keep this post short! I’m still working on the backlog of journal entries so I think I’ll take a crack at the one from the day of the concert since that appears to be the main source of my procrastination.
