Although I was intending to head back over to the studio today, I just felt really tired! I ended up staying in bed for a while and I also ended up taking a long nap in the living room later in the day. Not really sure why, but I guess I needed it?

One thing I did get a chance to do today was a little bit of gardening. I’ve got a stash of wildflower seeds, packets of flower bulbs, and an array of seeds to plant throughout the year and I wanted to make sure I did the March ones before I forgot. The garden is still very damp from all of the rain and overcast weather we’ve been having, so it was a little tricky raking the soil along the border to sprinkle the wildflower seeds. Luckily the flower box at the back doesn’t have a high percentage of clay like the rest of the garden, so planting bulbs in there went super quick and easy.

Today a bunch of clothing options for Alex came in the post so he spent a good chunk of time trying things on and showing me. It can be so tough to shop online! We’re trying to find a cool and swishy outfit for him to wear on a night out in Vegas so we’re thinking a fancy shirt, black trousers, smart shoes. After trying on the shirts we realised the outfit needs shiny chelsea boots, so back to shopping we went. I do feel guilty for all of the online shopping we’ve been doing this month, but it does save us from running around to all of the different stores and still not finding anything in the right style or size.

Tomorrow I’ve got a parcel to wait for so I’m thinking I’ll spend some time tinkering with my cricut machine to see if I can make some fun stuff for the concert next month. If the parcel arrives early enough, I’ll try to head over to the studio to de-mould the candles, but if not it’s no big deal as I can go on Thursday instead. Trying to not be too hard on myself for this kind of stuff.
